ABA Behavior Therapist

RCS is looking for ABA Behavior Therapists to join us in providing the highest quality of individualized, educational services to students 3 – 22 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities.

The right candidates will:
 
  • Enjoy working with children
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree, candidates with high school diplomas and Associate's will be considered
  • Have an interest in or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or a related field
  • Experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach
  • Be able to submit a transcript

Your responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician:
  • Implementing acquisition and behavior programs
  • Data collection
  • Graphing
  • Working collaboratively with other specialists (OT, SLP) and families

The hours are Monday – Friday with locations in Woburn and Natick. We currently are looking for staff who have experience or a desire to work with our older students on vocational assignments in Natick, or our younger students ages 3-7 in Woburn, MA.
