We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, advertising, and communications, including social media marketing, messaging, website maintenance, video editing/creation, and more.
Internship Overview: As a Marketing Intern with Illuminate Your Purpose, LLC, you will work to support and execute a range of marketing initiatives. This internship is designed to provide exposure to various facets of the marketing and communications field, allowing you to enhance your skills and contribute to meaningful projects in the context of life coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and engagement opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase online presence and engagement related to life coaching and personal development.
Messaging:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of key messaging for different target audiences in the context of life coaching.
- Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Website Maintenance:
- Update and maintain content on Illuminate Your Purpose, LLC's website.
- Assist in optimizing website content for SEO and user experience.
- Collaborate on ongoing projects related to life coaching.
Video Editing/Creation:
- Edit and create engaging videos for marketing campaigns and promotional materials related to life coaching.
- Conceptualize and execute video content that aligns with our purpose.
Content Creation:
- Assist in writing and editing content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media content, with a focus on life coaching themes.
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral that reflects the mission of Illuminate Your Purpose, LLC.
Integrated Marketing Platforms:
- Collaborate to build and optimize landing pages on our all-in-one platform, ensuring a seamless user experience for individuals interested in life coaching services.
- Manage and enhance automated email sequences within the platform, tailoring communication to nurture leads, provide valuable content, and promote engagement in alignment with life coaching principles.
- Oversee the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system within the integrated platform, organizing and analyzing data to inform targeted marketing efforts and provide insights into the client journey.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (experience with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar is a plus).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, particularly in the context of life coaching.
