Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Recruiting Specialist at Express Employment Professionals, you will:
- Source Candidates: Utilize various channels to identify and attract potential job candidates.
- Phone Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and compatibility with job openings.
- Candidate Onboarding: Facilitate candidates through Express's ISO Certified onboarding process
- Pitch Job Opportunities: Effectively communicate job openings and their benefits to prospective candidates.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to both job seekers and employers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Sales: Embrace the sales aspect of the role, effectively selling candidates to employers and job opportunities to candidates.
