Associate Controls Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for understanding project requirements, Read and Understand Electrical Prints, Execute Panel building, PLC Programming, HMI Programming, Robot Programming, and Manage the milestones of the project.
  • Responsible for Planning, Final Testing & Validation, Supporting Installation, and Startup of the systems, Robot Training at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with the Cross Functional Team to successfully complete the project from start to end. 
  • Knowledge in PLC programming, Robot programming, HMI programming, Panel wiring, Project management, Root cause analysis. 
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Equivalent Experience in PLC programming, Robot programming, HMI programming, or Panel wiring.
  • Knowledge of Inputs and Outputs, Field Devices, Safety devices, Pneumatics. 
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and learn from experienced team members.

Good to have skills:

  • 1-2 Years Work experience related to PLC programming, robot programming, HMI programming, Panel wiring, Project management, Root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic), Robot Programming, and Project Management.
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills, Project Management, and Communication skills to convey ideas.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to ensure skill growth and contribute to innovative solutions.
