Growth Advisory Intern (Summer 2024)

Job Details

Position Summary:

MarshBerry is seeking a Growth Advisory Intern for our Growth Advisory Team in our Beachwood, OH orGrand Rapids, MI office. This intern will support the Growth Advisory team through ensuring that consulting products and services are fulfilled and delivered successfully. There will be opportunity for involvement in various areas of Growth Advisory, including Connect Summit, Talent Advisory, event management, and general consulting practices. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing project management timelines and work breakdown structures. 
  • Create, update, and review presentations, training materials, and marketing collateral.
  • Collect and analyze data pertaining to clients and consulting projects, funnel data into reports, visualizations, and actionable insights. 
  • Organize prospecting efforts through CRM, researching prospective clients and collecting information to update CRM and prospecting lists.
  • Additional projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with potential internal/external clients, partners and stakeholders that can directly or indirectly lead to revenue generation for all MarshBerry services. 

Selection Criteria
Education & Experience:

  • Candidates that have completed or are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, sales, or communications are preferred. 
  • Recent graduates or current college students at the junior and senior level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other software programs.  Experience with e-learning a CRM software a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Other:

  • Strong communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
