What's expected of you as a Campus Hands Regional Manager

Plan, direct, and coordinate the movement of Campus Handymen to the Homeowners. 

Deal with any issues that come up (i.e. Campus Handyman no-shows/isn't responding)-- what would you do in this case? 

Plan and orchestrate orientation for new-hires in your area. If you are a campus hands regional manager Green Bay, WI, then you will be responsible for the campus handymen in that area. 

Finding customers/flyer distribution in your areas. You can decide on how you want to do this, and if you want to have campus handymen do it for you, each regional manager has their own methods for finding customers, and managing the campus handyman.
