We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Intern. As an Administrative Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various administrative tasks, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in administration or office management.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
  • Supporting administrative staff with document preparation, data entry, and filing
  • Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Conducting research and preparing reports as needed
  • Assisting in the organization and coordination of company events and activities
  • Providing support to other departments as required
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
