BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team at our clinic in Owensboro, Kentucky.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
