Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

Soap Creek Resources is in search of an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. Soap Creek Resources is a fast- growing staffing and engineering services firm. Job Responsibilities:
• Sourcing, screening and referring the most qualified applicants to hiring managers, leveraging social media, networking and other innovative sourcing techniques to find top talent
• Identify, implement and maintain recruiting strategies, including: direct advertising, job boards, job fairs, unemployment offices, web site career page, employee referrals, networking, data mining and social media
• Review applications, conduct pre-screens and interview the most qualified applicants
• Conducts daily calls with potential candidates to build pipeline of applicants to meet common and unique staffing needs
• Establishes, cultivates and maintains ongoing relationships with management to understand recruitment needs and identifies skills needed for vacancies
• Document applicant status in the applicant tracking system
• Assist in creating, reviewing and maintaining job descriptions
• Collects and analyze data and statistics for use in designing recruitment plans and measuring the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts
• Proven results sourcing and pipelining candidates using various hiring methods
• Perform other duties to support the company’s needs as assigned

Job Requirements:
• 2-year degree in business related field or 3 years proven recruiting experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster relationships with employees at all levels within the organization
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
• Excellent communication skills-advanced English: speaking, writing and reading
• Negotiation Experience
• Excellent public relation skills and phone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and creative problem skills are required
• Experience with applicant tracking systems

Additional Requirements:
• Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Must able to meet timelines and deadlines
• Occasionally travel for meetings, appointments, career fairs and trade shows
• Have the ability to regularly walk and stand, sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time
• The employee must be able to, with or without reasonable accommodations, work in all facilities within the requirements of this job description
• Other duties as assigned
