Position Summary

The Skilled Manufacturing Team Member follows detailed work instructions to produce parts to customer specifications. Tasks may include measuring, inspecting, sorting, packaging parts, and entering data into Plex ERP system. 

Essential Responsibilities/Duties

• Read blueprints
• Inspect and measure parts 
• Use nippers, trim board, gage pins, automatic and manual fixtures
• Use calipers
• Use a vision system or microscope
• Cross-training as required
• Other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Legal Authorization to work in the United States 

Preferred Qualifications

Basic computer knowledge

Basic blueprint reading

General math skills

Manual dexterity

Detail oriented

Pride in work

Desire and willingness to learn

Willingness to wear personal protective equipment as required

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Proven work history

Excellent attendance record
