Global Health Experiential Fellowship

This summer research opportunity gives motivated, high-achieving students the chance to receive research mentorship from global mental health researchers at Yale and Harvard University and to live and work for five weeks alongside Ugandan undergraduate and master’s level students to implement a research project in the rural village of Mpunde, Eastern Uganda. Fellows will also have the ability to continue their work after the summer by contributing to the manuscript write-up and publication process, receiving co-authorship upon publication. Research topics will consist of exploring ways to reduce stigma and improve mental health care delivery.
