Summer 2024 Sales and Marketing Intern

We’re currently looking for a number of full-time Marketing & Sales interns to join our team at Headquarters in Franklin, TN for Summer 2024.

During your 12-week internship, you will have the chance to work in one of the following areas:

  • Marketing Communications
    • Learn the creative development process for digital ad creation
    • Support digital ad messaging process for vehicle launches
    • Partner cross functionally to ensure communication during new vehicle launches
  • Regional Operations
    • Coordinate planning of Regional Marketing Meetings, auto show events and dealer support  functions
    • Support new vehicle launch events within region through dealer events and social media
  • Marketing Operations/Pricing Strategy
    • Support the development of model specific executive pricing proposals for upcoming vehicles
    • Analysis of competitive product pricing; development of monthly pricing reports
  • Fleet Sales & Operations
    • Complete rotation to gain exposure to all  aspects of Fleet Sales business
    • Accompany Fleet Sales manager on local Nashville area visits
  • Dealer Network Development
    • Interface with Nissan executives, regions, dealers and vendors
    • Analyze regional/national and competitor trends and present strategy recommendations
    • Evaluate comparative dealership performance across regions

 

 

You will be expected to manage short-term project(s) and structure strategic recommendations in presentation format to the Management team. Day or regional travel may be required depending on your function.

 

In order to qualify for this role, you must:

  • Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Management or other business related discipline
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Project Management skills (organization and time management skills)
  • Be ambitious and possess creative problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication abilities
  • Be comfortable presenting to Management Team
