Surgical Technologist

Summary

As a Surgical Technologist, you will provide skilled surgical services under the guidance of a registered nurse, following established care plans and departmental policies and procedures. Join us to deliver exceptional patient care and advance your career in surgical services!

Schedule

  • Part-time | 48 hours per two weeks
  • Primarily Monday through Friday, daytime shifts with flexible start times ranging from 5:30AM to 8:30AM
  • Includes after-hours call shifts with a 20-minute response time requirement weekdays and weekends

Pay and Benefits

  • $25.00 or more per hour | Higher with experience
  • $2,500 hiring bonus and $2,500 relocation bonus for qualified candidates or opt for $5,000 towards education loan repayment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist
  • Basic Life Support
  • Possesses verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with circulating nurses, physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and patients/families.

The Redwood Hospital is a 12-bed facility serving Redwood Falls, Morton, and other communities in and near Redwood and Renville Counties in Minnesota. It’s one of the newest hospital facilities in Minnesota!

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
