Respiratory Therapist FT/PT/Internships

This position qualifies for student loan repayment of up to $15,000, or a hiring bonus of up to $12,000, plus $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!!

Our Respiratory Therapists are part of the lifesaving response teams that assist during patient emergencies. We offer both inpatient and outpatient services! Join us in making a difference in Central Minnesota!

Full-time, Flexible scheduling with every other weekend and rotating holidays. 

Here are some of the responsibilities of this role:

  • Complete vent management, transport, conscious sedations, and blood gas analysis
  • Ability to share input and discuss orders with providers to meet patient needs
  • Support a Level III NICU, Level II Trauma Center and 28-bed Gold Beacon ICU with respiratory needs
  • Mentor for new graduates that start their careers on our team

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through the CoARC)
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within two years of hire
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit required
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy, can be obtained upon hire
  • NICU/Pediatric specialists must be certified by the Neonatal Resuscitation Program, can be obtained within unit
