ABA Behavior Therapist - Full-time

The Bridge Autism Clinic is currently seeking eager and enthusiastic undergrads who are looking for an opportunity to broaden their knowledge within the field of Psychology while getting hands-on experience working with children with autism. Get practical experience and learn more about the discipline of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

After your training period, you will assist our Behavior Therapists in providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-10) with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are looking for friendly and professional Behavior Therapists/interns who understand how ABA therapy can help facilitate independence and enhance the quality of life for children with Autism.

You will have the opportunity to work directly supervised by our clinical leadership team which is comprised of two BCBA and one BCaBA credentialed Directors in addition to a very experienced team of supervisors and behavior therapists.

We are currently hiring full-time (32-40 hours/wk)  for permanent positions

  • Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or currently enrolled in school to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree and are at least a sophomore year student
  • Experience working with children with developmental disorders is preferred
  • Must be great with kids and very dependable
  • Flexible schedule with availability of at least 16 hours a week
  • Available to sub on short notice according to availability agreed upon
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
