Controls/Automation Engineer - Full Time Entry Level - Memphis, TN

ThermalTech Engineering is a full-service engineering firm providing consulting services to Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Our team is seeking sharp, energetic, enjoyable engineers to perform analysis, design, and construction for complex and technically challenging industrial projects. The position entails working with an experienced engineer to learn (how to):
  • Design control panels, select field devices, and program PLCs.
  • Develop HMI graphics.
  • Perform field work and troubleshooting in a variety of facilities.
  • Meet with clients, contractors, and colleagues throughout the design and construction process. Build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Set up networking, wireless, wired, virtual/cloud LAN/WAN technologies, and security.
  • Prepare drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Start up and commission equipment.

This position provides an opportunity for periodic project-related travel and demands some flexibility toward the work schedule.
