Human Resource Analyst Trainee/Human Resources Analyst 9-12/Human Resources Specialists

Job Description
The Michigan Civil Service Commission is looking for a motivated individual who is organized, has exemplary multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, and is interested in working in a fast-paced HR environment. This position will serve as a Human Resources Analyst or Specialist performing the full range of classification and selection activities serving the Department of Treasury.
  
  Ideal candidates will have:
  • A strong understanding of the classification and selection field.
  • Ability to investigate, analyze, interpret, and apply policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Education and Experience
This position generally requires possession of a bachelor's degree in any major. Specific information on the education and experience required for different class levels is in the job specifications for the Human Resources Analyst class.
