We are seeking an organized, detail focused thinker who will handle managing, coordinating leasing, renovation, and renewal strategies. We will teach you hands on ideas in the multi family housing industry.
WHAT ACADEMIC INFORMATION WOULD YOU LIKE TO SHARE WITH US?
You will be responsible for recording and communicating postings to our Word Press website, Zillow, Apartments.com, Instagram and TikTok just to name a few….Our PR focus is the local ASPCA.
WHAT MAKES YOU AN INDEPENDENT THINKER? WHAT GETS YOU TO STAY ON TOP OF PROJECTS? HOW DO YOU STAY ON TASK TO FINISH PROJECTS? HOW DO YOU MEET DEADLINES YOU SET?
You will have the opportunity to organize and oversee established systems. You draft your own letters, and following up with both new and existing tenants you create a niche where your own identity gets to shine.
We are looking for someone to help us build and to button up details so our brand continues its trajectory upwards. We will teach you Yardi, the art of leasing apartments, and the behind the scenes of a major growth industry, rental housing and property management.

A typical day might include working on advertising projects and updating contracts, reaching out to prospective tenants to sustain occupancy, responding to tenant concerns, working on renovations with vendors, and communicating concerns over new and existing bills from vendors . Giving apartment tours.
