Recruiting Ambassador

Looking to join a fast growing, very well capitalized company with goals of rapid expansion (including acquiring additional businesses)? We are Seeking a sales-minded Recruiting Ambassador to help lead the charge for becoming the biggest and best service plumbing company in the midwest.

Our technicians are highly trained, highly skilled professionals who follow a tried and true model of 5 star service, offering options, world class craftsmanship, and a commitment to seeing a job through until its completion. This is a sales associate role that will be selling the product of 6 figure service plumbing positions and working for a company with full benefits and a great culture.

The base salary is $40,000 per year with full time benefits of 401k, health insurance, PTO, and other company team building events and perks. We also offer an aggressive incentive pay structure with no caps on bonus. The incentive pay structure would be as follows:
  • $100 per interview that is booked.
  • Target of 2 interviews per week
  • $1,000 per technician hired (apprentice or journeyman).
  • Target of 5 technicians per month 

Target Total Compensation: The goals of this position is 5 new hires per month and to set up 8-10 interviews per month. That would work out to $110,400.00 ($40,000 + $60,000 + $12,000) in potential bonus with hitting your goal.

Note- at different times throughout the year, we also offer additional recruiting incentives to find positions for our warehouse, front office, back office, and other positions as desired. Those incentive structures will be discussed and worked out prior to the recruiting efforts beginning. 

Below is a breakdown of how each of the daily tasks and responsibilities play a role in our company wide success– specifically within the recruiting roles. 

  • Build a funnel of qualified candidates through DMs, hiring events, and other channels as defined
  • Set up hiring events at supply houses, our office, and zoom/digital platforms to pitch our company and attract talent
  • Run ads on hiring platforms to draw candidates into our list
  • Execute quarterly email and text message campaigns to plumbers in our database to keep contact with and stay top of mind
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with management team to build our salesforce with highly qualified candidates
  • See the hiring process through and help with onboarding of new employees
