P230139 - Manager of Recruitment and International Enrollment - Law School

Position Summary:  
The University at Buffalo, School of LawOffice of Admissions invites applications for the position of Manager of Recruitment and International Enrollment. The Manager of Recruitment and International Enrollment will serve as an integral member of the School of Law’s admissions team and provide counseling and outreach to prospective law school students.
Duties will also include:
  • serve as the primary contact for the School of Law’s international applicants
  • execute digital marketing campaigns targeting applicants
  • planning, execution, and attendance at recruitment events on-campus and off-campus (travel required)
  • application file review
  • supervisory responsibilities
  • oversight of the Admitted Student Mentor Program
  • a broad range of administrative functions

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2 years of related experience in a relevant setting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including ability to set priorities, manage simultaneous projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at various levels.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends, as well as early mornings and evenings to represent the Office of Admissions at special events.
  • Demonstrate ability to work with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and locations.
  • A valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle is required or demonstrated capacity to meet the transportation requirements of the position.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • MA, JD, or other graduate degree.
  • Experience in admissions for a higher education institution, particularly graduate or law student-related recruitment.
  • Experience using digital marketing automation software.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
