- Assist therapists with physical setup and observation of daily exercise treatments as per the therapist’s plan of care
- Monitor work hardening area, assist patients with set up of industrial activities
- Become competent in post-offer testing, fit for duty testing, and WorkSTEPS testing and data entry
- Become competent in and set up individuals on various equipment including machine weights and aerobic conditioning as per the therapist’s treatment plan
- Data entry of various notes, patient information, marketing material, etc.
- Perform various cleaning of the physical therapy area and office area, utilize the cleaning log. Take the initiative to perform various organizational tasks when patient assistance is not needed.
- Answer phones and take referrals, pre-authorize visits or assist as needed with front desk duties or billing services
- Assist front desk with paperwork, phone calls, or other such tasks
