SALES TRAINEE - Career Development Program

To meet this goal, we have created the CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, an important component in our ongoing development of future company leaders. If you're a recent/upcoming college graduate, this sophisticated training program can provide a strong foundation for your future.

This 12-18 month rotational training experience incorporates educational components, on-the-job training, projects, and personal mentoring and coaching. Working from our global headquarters in Tennessee (2 months), trainees are deployed to a number of different educational and work assignments. At the end of the program, trainees are placed into roles within one of Mueller Industries' companies - roles include sales, engineering, accounting, and finance. Housing paid for during program. Pay increases as you progress in the program.
