Talent Acquisition Business Partner (15054)

The Office of Human Resources seeks a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our dynamic team. We assist in the recruitment, development, and retention of qualified employees and provide programming to enhance the organizational effectiveness of the University.
 
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Recruiter) collaborates with key administrators to ensure recruiting efforts are aligned with the University's mission to acquire, engage, and retain top talent. The Recruiter serves as the liaison between hiring managers and job candidates and is crucial in the development and accountability of a proactive recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing, and advertisement consultation to ensure the University provides essential details, including academia, anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion (ADEI), programmatic, and business priorities. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Human Resource Manager to provide a complete candidate journey (awareness, consideration, interest, application, selection, and hire). Utilizing the full-life cycle recruitment approach, the Recruiter will assist hiring managers with recruitment strategy, including writing and editing job postings. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will also conduct applicant screening, interviews, selection, and hiring.
 
The ideal candidate is strategic and experienced with recruitment marketing software (RMS), including the integration of an applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate relationship management (CRM). The Recruiter utilizes a comprehensive recruiting platform that understands the disciplines of employer branding and recruitment marketing. The Recruiter will advise on trends to advance talent acquisition efforts and is responsible for utilizing key performance indicators (cost per hire, time to fill, turnover, selection ratio) to assess hiring strategies and provide customized recommendations based on departmental needs to drive results.
