Duties
- Set up food service counters and steam tables with hot and cold foods. Serve food cafeteria style.
- Prepare service stands; set up tables; serve tables; and replenish condiments, silverware, and glassware. Prepare sandwiches and box lunches.
- Load dishes in automatic dishwasher and ensure dishes are clean and sanitized. Once clean stack and store the dishes.
- Perform a variety of duties in maintenance and cleanliness of the work area and dining facility.
- Perform heavy duty cleaning tasks; sweep and mop; maintain garbage collection areas; and unload and put way supplies.
