About the Role
The Compensation Intern will provide support to the Compensation team on projects and programs that drive retention and help attract future CrowdStrikers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to also collaborate cross-functionally within HR and be exposed to the culture of CrowdStrike.
This remote role will report to the Compensation Manager within the Global Total Rewards function.
What You'll Do

  • Support compensation planning cycle work including activities such as data review, analysis and Workday configuration testing.
  • Participate in ongoing compensation projects such as job architecture, global market analysis.
  • Learn about job mapping and assist in the completion of market surveys
  • Optimize shared document repositories and folders (I.e., Box, Google Drive).
  • Work on special projects as assigned.

What You’ll Need 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Finance/Economics and scheduled to graduate in 2024.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite
  • Appreciation for the retention and management of confidential information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment with strong attention to details
  • Demonstrate drive and self-motivation to work independently in a remote role
  • Work with a virtual team across multiple time zones with fellow CrowdStrikers

Bonu Points 

  • Previous experience in a service-oriented job with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Looker Studio, etc)
  • Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and Compensation-related regulations
