Mental Health and Wellness Clinician
The Mental Health and Wellness Clinician provides mental health and wellness supports to students of all ages, primarily co-located at K-12 and/or Adult education sites throughout Solano County. The Mental Health and Wellness Clinician provides a range of mental health services to include:
• Behavioral Health Screenings
• Clinical Assessments
• Development of Client Service Plans
• Individual and Group Counseling
• Collateral contact with family
• Case Management
• Crisis Intervention and Risk Assessment
• Safety Planning
Additionally, the Mental Health and Wellness Clinician supports prevention and early intervention activities to include:
• Participation in provision of Universal Screening at school sites
• Social Emotional Learning workshops (whole classroom and/or small group)
• Psychoeducational Workshops
• Leading Suicide Prevention and Stigma Reduction Trainings for students/educators/parents and guardians/whole community
