2023 IT Salesforce Applications Intern

Pay rate is $25/hour
Full-time; 37.5 hours per week
ABA’s Internship provides students with a paid opportunity to work with one of the biggest trade associations in Washington, DC. This extremely selective opportunity provides students with the opportunity to do substantial work in various divisions across ABA, connect with leadership, build a network, and make a difference.
ABA Summer Internships are hybrid with at least 2 days a week in our DC office.
Primary Responsibilities
· Support ABA's Salesforce based Association Management system
· Perform analysis for business and system optimization, report writing, and data quality improvements
· Assist with writing, prioritizing, and testing user stories in Azure DevOps to support Nimble/Salesforce projects and enhancements
· Use data quality reports from Nimble and Salesforce to identify and resolve data quality issues, such as duplicate organizations and individual records
· Document and monitor system interfaces to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity
Required Skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
· Understanding of database concepts (relational and object oriented) and SQL
· Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Azure DevOps desired
Minimum Education Requirements
Junior/Senior standing or Graduate student with a degree focus in Computer science; Business Information Systems.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
