We have full-time AND part-time availability for trainers! We set our staff up with shifts to allow you a work/life balance, so we have mornings shifts and afternoon/evening shifts for new trainers!
- Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise and Sports Science, Health and Wellness promotions, Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, or anything related to the Fitness field is preferred.
- CPR/AED is required (can be attained once hired)
- Certification is not required initially, but must have within 1 year of hire (company offers reimbursement plans)
- We’re looking for individuals that possess the following skill sets: passionate, strong work ethic, team player, caring, problem solving, and innovative.
- Salary range : $45,000 - $55,000 in your first year (additionally offered: bonus structure, certification incentives, referral bonuses, and more!)
- Comfortable training in a one on one setting as well as a large group setting
