2023 Spring Internship: IT and Strategic Projects

PROGRAM DETAILS
Penguin Random House offers a 10-week PAID, REMOTE internship opportunity available in our adult, children’s, and corporate divisions. Interns are exposed to the publishing process and our business through panels, networking events, employee speaker series, and even lunch with our CEO!
 
Spring interns work for 14 hours per week and are paid $20/hour. To be eligible, you must be a current college senior, entering your college senior year, graduate; and/or any candidate available for full-time employment within 1 year. You need not be enrolled in college or have a degree to apply to our internship program.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONS:
  
IT
Our IT professionals build and support the applications, infrastructure and networks that empower the business. Specifically, this intern will assist in troubleshooting, working with typography and font technology and learning how IT can support designers. Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud is necessary. *Please note this is not a design position. *
 
Strategic Projects
Designs dynamic reporting models that transform volumes of data into information to inform and facilitate decision-making in a variety of domains including: marketing analysis and sales reporting; inventory forecasting; project and program management; business planning and analysis.
