Accounting Technician

Description
To review, maintain, and verify complex accounting and financial records. 

Job Requirements and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of efficient office methods and procedures.
  • Knowledge of financial record keeping.
  • Ability to perform arithmetical calculations rapidly and accurately.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, personal computers (PC), and software such as Excel and Word.
  • Ability to prepare accurate financial summaries and reports.
  • Ability to key numerical data accurately.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with fellow employees, LEA (Local Educational Agency/ies), and outside agencies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
