Accounting Technician
Description
To review, maintain, and verify complex accounting and financial records.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Knowledge of efficient office methods and procedures.
- Knowledge of financial record keeping.
- Ability to perform arithmetical calculations rapidly and accurately.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, personal computers (PC), and software such as Excel and Word.
- Ability to prepare accurate financial summaries and reports.
- Ability to key numerical data accurately.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with fellow employees, LEA (Local Educational Agency/ies), and outside agencies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
