Accounting/Finance Summer Intern - Oshkosh Corporation
THE ROLE
Perform daily treasury management activities to include running reports, reconciling cash, inputting transactions, and benchmarking treasury activity.
YOUR IMPACT
As an Accounting/Finance Intern your experience may include:
- Assist in daily treasury operations
- Perform daily reconcilement of banking activities
- Perform reconcilement of cash applied
- Assist with month end close process and journal entries
- Assist with SARBOX and quarterly compliance requirements
- Monitor and track key treasury operational benchmarks
- Assist in the implementation of new treasury systems and procedures
- Maintain Treasury Department files
- Handle special assignments as assigned by supervisor
- Plan and prioritize work activities
- All other duties or projects as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Student in a Sophomore standing or greater working towards a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Willing to work year-round, part-time during school year & full-time during summer
- Must be a student throughout the entire duration of the internship
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
