Behavioral Health Therapist (outpatient, home based, case mgmt)

Position: Behavioral Health Services Therapist
Reports To: Behavioral Health Services Supervisor
Beginning Salary Range: $43,680.00 - $46,592.00 **$3000.00 bonus 30 days after hire and $2000.00 bonus after 4 months of employment

About this Opportunity:
Full-time Therapist to provide services to children and families. Therapist will carry a blended caseload which will include: intensive in-home home based services providing family therapy on a weekly basis, needs based in-home case management services to an identified child and family on a bi-weekly basis, and individual office based outpatient counseling services to children.


Would you like to help us accomplish our mission as a Behavior Health Services Therapist? 
Our ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family; full or limited license in the state of Michigan (LMSW, LPC, LLP, LMFT) required. A valid driver's license.
