CCB Risk Fraud Project Manager – Associate

Job Description
In Fraud Risk Product, we get to be superheroes every day. Our mission first and foremost is to protect our customers and our firm from fraudsters and their relentless attacks. We collaborate with our technology partners to deliver new products that uses leading edge new technical capabilities like Amazon Web Services and Machine Learning to fight fraud. At the core is a fraud data ecosystem that provides timely, accurate data to the decision engines. 

As a Project Manager in the Fraud Risk Data Strategy space, you'll play a key role in supporting the many critical applications that forms the fraud ecosystem. You will work with our Fraud strategy teams and other impacted products to track and manage key initiatives needed to meet the firm’s business objectives. You will help support the continuing evolution of our product vision and contribute to building out the backlog and Fraud Risk roadmap. 

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with APOs, Agility Leads, Business stakeholders, Execution Leads, and Technology teams to develop, execute (manage), and maintain agile initiative delivery plans aligned to prioritized roadmap goals
• Maintain and communicate executive and detail level status, issue updates, performance metrics, and release activities for roadmap Initiatives
• Build thorough understanding & subject matter expertise of business needs, technology solutions, and roadmap dependencies in the Data Strategy Area Product and high-level understanding of the Fraud Risk Product overall
• Leverage Area Product expertise, agile methodology, and team inputs to create & manage aggressive but achievable delivery plans with appropriate risk mitigation, contingency, and controls
• Partner with APOs & Architects to ensure initiative definition (scope / benefits), high level technical solution (quick read / solution intent), and Dependency Sub Tasks (DST’s) deliverables are created in compliance with CCB and Fraud Risk agility standards
• Partner with Business and tech teams to represent Initiatives at various DST intake sessions to explain requirements and secure team commitments
• Drive agility improvements, maintain initiative hygiene (links, fields, dates, etc.), leverage JIRA, and participate in agile ceremonies (scrum of scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, etc.) to support ongoing process improvements and ensure initiative goals are achieved
• Ensure compliance with Initiative risk & audit requirements and maintain required artifacts in an initiative repository
• Conduct weekly Scrum of Scrums calls with business and technical teams to coordinate efforts, manage progress, address issues, facilitate communications, and remove impediments impacting sprint / release goals
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture and environment

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years’ experience in a Project/Program Management role delivering technology initiatives
• Ability to develop and manage integrated agile delivery plans, coordinating effectively at all levels and providing progress communications to stakeholders on a regular basis
• Proven ability to manage multiple efforts with matrixed resources while addressing issues in a timely manner ensuring least impact on timelines and overall risk
• Knowledge of Agile process and principles, proven experience in managing Agile delivery teams. 
• 2+ years JIRA experience a plus
• Knowledge of agile process and principles behind modern day software development
• Preferred Fraud / Risk experience, or equivalent operations or control experiences is a plus
• Able to function successfully in a highly matrixed organization is a plus.
