Family Nurse Practitioner | Vernon Memorial Healthcare

Full time position for a Family Nurse Practitioner at La Farge Medical Clinic-VMH, located in La Farge in the heart of the Kickapoo Valley in Southwestern Wisconsin. The Family Nurse Practitioner will practice in a beautiful and modern rural health clinic constructed in 2015 serving patients of all ages, newborn to geriatric and be part of a full spectrum, collaborative medical practice seeing patients in the clinic and area nursing homes. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be part of a seasoned and compassionate team of health care providers consisting of 3 MDs, 1 FNP and 2 PAs that are dedicated to serving their community. Hours for the Family Nurse Practitioner are four days per week. An answering service is provided to patients after clinic hours and the LaFarge Medical staff share an on-call rotation to receive phone calls if clinical situations warrant.

WI licensure/registration as a Family Nurse Practitioner with BLS and ACLS certifications along with training in family practice medicine required.
