Laboratory Technologist

Regular part-time position with excellent benefits available for Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician. Duties include specimen collection and performing a variety of routine to high complexity tests in our busy hospital laboratory including some analyzer maintenance, calibration and QC. We have a fast-paced computerized environment with interfaced state of the art equipment. Approximately 60 hours, six (6) PM/night shifts on, Thursday through Tuesday, 3:00 pm – 1:00 am, with eight (8) shifts off, per bi-weekly pay period. Must have phlebotomy skills and flexible schedule with an ability to fill in on other shifts, weekends and some holidays as needed. Qualified candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in Medical Technology or an Associate degree as Medical Laboratory Technician. New higher starting payrates along with night and weekend differentials! An enhanced benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, PTO and a 401k savings plan! Apply on-line at www.vmh.org.
