To meet this goal, we have created the SALES AND ENGINEERING CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, an important component in our ongoing development of future company leaders. If you're a recent/upcoming college graduate, this sophisticated training program can provide a strong foundation for your future.
This 12-18 month rotational training experience incorporates educational components, on-the-job training, projects, and personal mentoring and coaching. Working from our global headquarters in Tennessee (2 months), trainees are deployed to a number of different educational and work assignments. At the end of the program, trainees are placed into roles within one of Mueller Industries' companies - roles include sales, engineering, accounting, and finance.
Personal and professional development is more than just formal, scripted training. It's also about building relationships that will help you grow in your career and in life. Our trainees live together in furnished corporate apartments and participate in a variety of meaningful activities throughout the program.
