We need you to work closely with our IMPs—both in the US and their home countries—to build the programs they dream of and strengthen their connection to our home office in Texas. With your help, our IMPs will thrive in sharing the light of Christ with the poor in their communities.

  • Participate in vision-casting, planning, execution, and evaluation of CRI projects and programs;
  • Travel to project sites as needed and participate in the planning and management of short-term teams serving with IMPs on the field;
  • Assist CRI leadership in ensuring proper financial accounting and monthly reporting of all funds;
  • Coordinate with IMPs and CRI Home Office to fundraise as well as communicate with donors;
  • All other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong faith in Christ
  • Bachelor’s degree-level of education or higher
  • Experience working or serving overseas helpful
  • Enjoys learning about and experiencing other cultures
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work with a diverse team
  • Self-motivated and able to solve problems with initiative

  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Receptive to correction and instruction, unafraid to ask questions
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Agreement with CRI’s Statement of Faith
  • Adheres to and acts in line with CRI’s values
