JLL is currently seeking an Intern to join our Mid-Atlantic Sales Enablement team. You will have the opportunity to team up with brokerage, research, and marketing professionals on the strategy and creation of sales collateral. The Sales Enablement team drives new business to the region through custom pitches and presentations. In this role, you will learn about developing content and designing new business pursuits, in order to increase the firm’s win rate, market share, and revenue across key business lines in the Mid-Atlantic. Qualified candidates should possess demonstrated experience and technical writing, sales messaging, and graphic design.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales enablement new business processes

  • Sit in on kick-off sessions with key stakeholders to clarify positioning, messaging, approach, and go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with and gather information from business line leaders and / or subject matter experts within JLL to customize RFP responses, pitch, and presentation content
  • Write, layout, coordinate, and design elements for all proposals, pitches, and presentations
  • Track the results of and collect feedback for new business pursuits
  • Collaborate with design team to produce targeted business unit brand materials, focusing on analytics, copy writing, editing, and design

Qualifications
  • :Commercial real estate and business development experience or interest in both of those fields is highly encouraged
  • Exceptional writing, editing, formatting, and design skills
  • Strong time-management, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Willingness to explore new initiatives and approaches to writing, design, and business development strategies
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus
