We are looking for a positive and self-motivated individual for a Customer Service Representative position in the Sales, Use and Withholding Taxes unit. You must have a positive attitude and strong ethical standards with a dedication to assist business taxpayers and tax professionals.
The Sales, Use and Withholding unit answers tax related questions, assists with taxpayer education regarding tax forms and filings and helps to explain billings and correspondence sent out by the Department of Treasury. Customer service and communication to customers includes mail, telephone, and electronic channels.
