HR & Recruiting Internship

You will be responsible for timely responding to all applications received for our healthcare center using our Applicant Tracking System.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Responding to applicants using phone, email, and text to set up phone appointments
  • Conducting phone interviews with candidates
  • Providing all pay and benefit offerings to entice candidates to join our team
  • Make offers of employment and coordinate attendance for new hire orientation
  • Collect pre-employment paperwork and conduct background screenings
  • Assist with new hire orientation and paperwork
  • Participate in career events, job fairs, and other recruiting activities.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline development and progress of candidates.
  • Participate in other HR projects, as needed.
