Right-of-Way Specialist

This position will perform clerical support duties for the Administration Division including the Real Estate and Relocation staff. Responsible for processing legal documents, correspondence, payments, files and records generated from within or outside the department. Perform some title research, maintain the Department's website, prepare redevelopment agreements and other plans as requested.

Qualifications:  Graduation from senior high school or equivalent and some experience in the sale and/or acquisition of real estate, or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills. 

Necessary Special Requirements
May be required to possess a valid Nebraska Real Estate License or Abstractor's License within six months of hire. 
Possession of a valid driver's license when operating a vehicle is required in the performance of assigned duties.
