As a VISTA Member at Waukesha Free Clinic. in Waukesha, WI you will gain professional experience by working to expand access to quality medical care for those who are underinsured or without medical insurance by: helping with the Community Health Needs Assessments, updating and streamlining the existing volunteer tracking system, create and distribute newsletters, refine and re-energize outgoing thank you program for one time donors, develop a donation discount partnership program, building partnerships with schools and other organizations, helping to develop clinic policies and procedures coupled with growing Waukesha Free Clinic's volunteer pool, grant-writing/fundraising to help increase the capacity, continuing to develop WFC's outreach via social media and more.
