We are currently looking to hire an individual who is excited to serve the public.
As a Caseworker, you will assess financial and other criteria needed to determine eligibility for child care assistance. You will help low income families by obtaining records, reviewing, and verifying information to determine eligibility and provide ongoing case management for assistance with child care costs. Child care assistance enables parents and caretakers to enter or remain in the work force or to begin and/or complete an educational program. As a Caseworker, you will also respond to public inquiries regarding child care services; and follow rules, regulations, and policies to ensure appropriate assistance is provided in an effective and expedient manner.
