This Departmental Technician 10 position serves as the recognized systems resource for the IIT Customer Contact Division and will provide a full range of technical assistance to the section. Responsibilities of the position include documentation of processes and procedures, recommendation of efficiency improvements relating to standard methods of operations, collaboration with other Treasury departments/divisions, and assisting supervisors and front-line staff with resolution of complex tax issues. This position is eligible for remote work.
