Summary
Resilience Inc. is a non-profit organization that works to improve mental health and reduce mass shootings, suicide, and depression. Resilience also works to combat declining test scores, low student engagement, and a slew of other social issues.
Our organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through five core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting, and effective decision-making. Resilience also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, and overall well-being.

Resilience is looking for Animators and offering internship programs in the 3D Blender Team. The internship Will go through Blender training; this will take approximately 4 weeks depending on skill level. Join us! Be a member of Resilience, Inc.
Daily Expectation
- Coordinate with the 3D Blender Team to work on the designed project using blender software.
- Learning and Using Blender to create and maintain high-quality 3D animation.
- Presenting ideas and feedback related to improving animation.
- Designing and creating a set of unique characters and backgrounds.
- Building relationships with project managers and being able to adapt to their specific workflows.
- Being familiar with our core topic of Social Emotional Learning.
Requirements
- Experience with Blender or other cartoon production tools (preferred but not required)
- Work independently.
- Ability to work on a team can attend weekly remote meetings.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Pay attention to details.
- Consistently communicate with team members.
- Have an eagerness to learn and an open mind to improve critical skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Objective learning.
Learning Outcome
- Interns will demonstrate an understanding of 3D animation production.
