We are looking to add a Sales Development Representative to our growing team of TimeDoctors, and YOU could be our next great addition. We help our clients deliver truly continuous, coordinated care by enrolling their chronically-ill Medicare patients into CMS’s chronic care management (CCM) program and providing them with monthly care coordination services. In 2015 we started with 0 patients and 0 medical practices. About your Team:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with the entire sales team to increase the quantity and quality of leads to fill our sales pipeline. We’re currently a small but mighty team composed of a Sales Development Representative, an Account Executive, and a Senior Account Executive. Within the next 12 months, we’re adding 10+ new people to the team. Our current folks have established TimeDoc as the market leader in the CCM space; with over 50% of our market still up for grabs. We’re expanding our product and service offering in 2021 and we need exceptional people that want to join our fast moving team.

Your responsibilities will be:

🔹 Make outbound cold calls and run email campaigns to marketing-generated prospects to schedule product demos and meetings for sales representatives
🔹 Qualify prospects, uncover pain points and challenges, identify key decision makers
🔹 Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
🔹 Develop product and industry knowledge in preparation of taking on additional sales responsibilities
🔹 Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a highly dedicated and supportive founding team
🔹 Competitive pay that includes performance bonuses

You have: 

🔹 Entry level sales experience and a passion for a career in sales
🔹 Strong verbal communications skills and presence over the phone
🔹 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
🔹 Comfortable with ambiguity
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
🔹 CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
🔹 Startup experience (preferred)
🔹 Strong communication (written and verbal)
🔹 Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably within healthcare
