Job Description
- 3 + years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a similar role for US market.
- Responsible for managing the full candidate recruiting & placement lifecycle process including sourcing, pre-screening.
- Understand skill requirements for various clients.
- Sourcing of relevant profiles, which involves going through the existing database portals and referrals.
- Coordinating for interviews and placement.
- Servicing and negotiation with channel partners and direct clients for placement.
- Marketing of IT resources to channel partners and direct clients.
- Strong communication and inter personal skills.
Desired Profile and Qualifications:
- Excellent screening (both technical & behavioral) skills.
- High level understanding of all major prevalent IT and OR Engineering technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.).
- Excellent client interfacing and servicing skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment according to US timings.
