Technical Recruiter

Recruiter – ( mid – senior)
Job Description  
  • 3 + years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a similar role for US market.
  • Responsible for managing the full candidate recruiting & placement lifecycle process including sourcing, pre-screening. 
  • Understand skill requirements for various clients. 
  • Sourcing of relevant profiles, which involves going through the existing database portals and referrals. 
  • Coordinating for interviews and placement. 
  • Servicing and negotiation with channel partners and direct clients for placement.
  • Marketing of IT resources to channel partners and direct clients.
  • Strong communication and inter personal skills.  
Desired Profile and Qualifications:  
  • Excellent screening (both technical & behavioral) skills. 
  • High level understanding of all major prevalent IT and OR Engineering technologies. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.). 
  • Excellent client interfacing and servicing skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment according to US timings.
