Sommelier - Flagler Steakhouse

The Flagler Steakhouse Sommelier Manager guides guests through their wine selections and reads each guest's individual needs and provides tailored food and wine pairings to enhance the guest's dining experience. The Sommelier ensures proper wine service according to The Breakers standards takes place and adheres to food safety standards. Connects and converses with guests in order to provide wine suggestions that suit the guest's preference. Serves as the team wine expert and educator and ensures the team is well versed on the Flagler Steakhouse wine selection. Serves wine, trains staff, buys wine, writes wine lists, and controls expenses/wine.
