Fall 2021 Inclusive Excellence Program & Operations Student Internship

As an Inclusive Excellence intern you will assist in establishing and maintaining strategies to meet organizational objectives. Under the direction of a senior level employee or manager you will work on projects that support the business area goals and results. You will also complete tasks using both interpersonal and technical skills appropriate to the specific job assignment, while adapting to new or changing situations in a team environment.

The Program and Operations student intern will be helping build out programs, mentorships, and helping different divisions and departments with IE strategy. You will also help lead different workshops, and help with communication around IE as well. For this position we are looking for someone who is comfortable with website design, communications, someone with a HR, organizational management, or change effectiveness experience/ marjos. 

Virtual paid internship, up to 29 hours / week.
