Reddit/Discord Community Manager Intern
NeoReach is looking to build a Creator community on Discord with our existing network of hundreds of influencers and establish ourselves as thought leaders in the /r/influencermarketing subreddit.
The goals of these channels are:
- Establish Creator economy thought leadership
- Reddit - moderate the conversation in the industry, control the narrative, increase engagement, share resources
- Discord - help creators excel, create mutually beneficial relationships, increase engagement
- Position ourselves as an ally to creators and a leader for brands/marketers
There is an overview of what you'll be working towards as the community manager. This is a test&learn strategy, so we are looking for someone with experience on either/both platforms, self-motivated, strong willingness to learn, and an independent work ethic.
You will have weekly check-ins with myself to review strategy, look at results and ideate new things to try. It is essential that you can handle this role yourself. You'll be responsible for doing research, creating posts, engaging, performing social listening, tracking results and helping grow the channels.
